Only the use of Refectocil Oxidant guarantees the tinting results of Refectocil tints

Mix 10 drops of liquid oxidant with 2cm of tint

Ingredients: Aqua, Hydrogen Peroxide, Triethanolamine, Phosphoric Acid, C12-13 Pareth-9.
