Packages are generally dispatched within the same day, after having received payment of purchase. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. All packages are gently handled and packed in impact resistant packaging, taking special care of liquids.

How long does the delivery take?
It depends on delivery type you chose:
- Couriers deliver depending on the area, within 2-8 working days.
- Using Omniva or DPD Post Station, parcels are delivered within 1-3 working days.
- Usually parcels sent with Latvijas Pasts are delivered within 3-5 working days in Latvia, 5-10 working days in Europe and 14-30 working days all around the world.
Note that due to some circumstances delivery time may vary.
Delivery Delays
We make a point to ship your product out as soon as possible. We work with trusted 3rd party delivery services, whose capacity is independent of our own service. That means that when the postal system experiences high volumes of deliveries, such as during the holidays, you may experience delays in receiving your order.
